Does El Al have premium economy?

El Al is betting big on premium economy with its Dreamliners. The carrier's 787-8 has a whopping 35 premium economy recliners, compared to 28 and 21 on the same jet operated by American and United, respectively. A subset of El Al's larger -9 Dreamliners also feature 35 premium seats.

In 2012, El Al operated an all- Boeing fleet of 42 aircraft, flying over 4 million passengers, and employed a staff of 6,056 globally. The company's revenues for 2016 were $2.04 billion, with losses of $81 million, compared to a profit of $57 million in 2010.

What did El Al do for a living?

El Al also converted some of their Boeing 787 Dreamliner airplanes to serve as cargo flights to transport medical goods from China to Europe through Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport. El Al also offered some passenger flights to get stranded Israeli citizens home. These flights went from Tel Aviv to Miami, New York, London, Paris, and more.
